NRL Odds: The Last Games Of The 2014 Regular Season

September 4th, 2014 by TJ Dilfer

They might not all be live games as far as the finals are concerned, but there will be plenty of fans tuning in all around the country to watch their teams in the last round of the NRL regular season, and if you take a glance over the NRL odds we’ve got for you at the other end of that link, you’ll see that there are plenty of outrights, futures and markets to get you excited about Round 26.

That said, there are still ten teams who could see themselves into the finals if they win and results go their way – and if the Sea Eagles can’t close out the minor premiership, then the Rabbitohs against the Roosters will become a final of its own. The Eels are one of the sides that need results to go their way for them to squeak into the finals – they’ll know if it’s game on by the time they play the Raiders on Saturday, because they need the Broncos to lose, but if they do, then they’ll have plenty of motivation to keep their hopes alive. The Raiders would like nothing better than to kill off any Parramatta finals hopes, of course, so this one should be a good one.

As we’ve mentioned already, the Sea Eagles can claim the minor premiership on Saturday night – all they have to do is get past the Cowboys, who are the favourites for this one with odds of $1.65 next to their name on Sportsbet right now. The Manly boys have the benefit of clarity here: win and the minor premiership is theirs. No other result will do.

The Bulldogs, Panthers and Warriors all need results to go their way in the last round of the regular season, but there won’t be a coach at any of those three clubs saying anything but this: focus on winning the last game of the season. The Bulldogs are favourites against the Titans, and rightly so, while it looks like it will be close between the Panthers and the Kiwis. Can the Warriors beat Penrith on the road? Check out all the NRL odds for Round 26 and much more besides, and place your bets now!
