135 horses have been declared at the nomination stage for the 2013 Melbourne Cup. Previous winners Green Moon and Dunaden are amongst them, as is current Melbourne Cup favourite Puissance De Lune.
28 overseas runners are nominated including the Michael Owen owned Brown Panther and 2011 runner up Red Cadeaux.
