O’Shea is to introduce Ambers Waltz, a two year old horse that recently came second to an outstanding horse called Solar Charged – also O’Shea’s. Solar Charged took the win in the trial, which was Ambers Waltz’s first such outing. The two horses have been racing alongside each other in trials for a long time now, and they share a similar form. However, O’Shea would like to test the newer contender a little longer before he commits to any great race.
O’Shea told aap racing: “She is a completely different filly to the filly we ran last Saturday inn terms of stature and pattern of racing.”
“On the track they’re not out there to break the sound barrier and like we said going into the race with Solar Charged, until you actually see them do it on race day, no matter what you think happens in the morning, they really need to do it on race day.”
