Ok, we will allow ourselves a small amount of self congratulating before we move on to Round 15 - our Round 14 tips were right on the mark, and our followers are counting their money. Were you on??

Sunday , June 13
Broncos vs Rabbitohs @ Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane
Both these teams scored thumping victories last week, but the Broncos 22-6 win AT The Sea Eagles really caught the eye. The Rabbitohs beat a poor Cowboys teams at home, which doesn't really tell us too much. But if The Broncos play like they did last week, they will win again, simple as that.
Betting Tip: Broncos to win. At a stand out price of $1.85 with Sportsbet

Knights vs Warriors @ EnergyAustralia Stadium, Newcastle, NSW
The Warriors were unlucky at home to the Dragons last week in awful conditions. Those who had backed the NZ side to beat The Dragons can rightfully be upset. A series of unpenalised Dragon's forward passes, and a couple of harsh penalties against The Warriors left a sour taste for punters. Nevertheless, this Warriors team showed some good potential in terms of rookies, and despite some ongoing injury problems, they are a team to keep on the right side of. The Knights sit 2 points below the Warriors and in no way justify odds of $1.55.
Betting Tip of the week: Warriors to win +4.5 points on the spread with Sportsbet .

Ok - enough of that, let's move on to NRL Round 15 and there are ample more opportunities to make some more Aussie Dollars....

Friday June 18
Broncos v Panthers
The Broncos did us a big favour last week and bagged 50 points in the process, this will be much tougher against the Panthers who sit 2nd on the NRL ladder. Again this week we see the bookies overreacting to a single result, and as good as Brisbane were last week, the Panthers are not the Rabbitohs.
Betting tip: Back the Panthers at Centrebet with a 5.5pts start on the spread at $1.90

Bulldogs v Titans
The Titans continue to impress are probably deserved favourites for this one at odds of $1.53 on the road. The bookies have this priced up correctly in our view.
Betting tip: No bet advised

Saturday June 19
Storm v Cowboys
Storm were understrength and hammered at home last Monday, and the early worries about their motivation has come to the fore in the past few weeks. We are always reluctant to back against the Storm despite their well documented problems, but such is are the worries about their form now they should not be at odds of $1.64 here.
Betting tip: Minimum stakes bet on the Cowboys at $2.25 with Centrebet

Sea Eagles v Rabbitohs
These sides sit dead level on the ladder with 16 points each but the Sea Eagles have more about them. We backed the Sea Eagles last week away at the Titans and were a bit let down, but the Titans are strong at home, and so are the Sea Eagles. They should have far too much power for the Rabbitohs - low on confidence after shipping 50 points at Brisbane last week.
Betting tip of the week: Sea Eagles minus 2.5pts at $1.90 with Centrebet

Sunday June 20
Sharks v Dragons
The Sharks sit 10 points behind the NRL Ladder pace setting Dragons, and head into this week 15 clash at odds of $3.05 with Centrebet. Anything over $3.00 for a home win in the NRL always needs to be considered, and Sportsbet have Cronulla much shorter at $2.80. Althought the Sharks have improved recently, an interesting stat to look at is the points difference of the two teams: The Dragons have outscored opponents this season by 148 points, whilst the Sharks have a negative points difference of 111. In short, a great attack vs a poor defence.

Tigers v Raiders
Both these teams are 3-2 in their last five games and this should be tighter than the odds suggest. Despite their lofty position, the Tigers are of no interest to us at $1.39, but we cannot convince oourselves that the Raiders warrant a bet, even at the $3.05 with Centrebet.

Monday June 21
The Knights are in shocking form, losing 4 out of their last 5, and the Eels are a match for anyone in the league when they are on a good day. I had this priced up at less than $1.50 for the Eels, so am very happy to see Sportsbet offering $1.58 on the head to head market.
