Match Preview
Despite the 6-3 scoreline, Liverpool did it the hard way against Cardiff as their defensive frailties were exposed and they had to come from behind twice before going on and taking all 3 points. Sunderland are without a win in the last 4 and you have to go all the way back to the beginning of February for their last win against rivals Newcastle. With games in hand, and only 3 points from safety they will be confident they can still turn their poor season around, but Liverpool are really starting to believe and this is shown in their determination to win. They will not want to lose their momentum and a win here will put them just 1 point behind Chelsea, with a visit from Chelsea to Anfield still to come. We predict a comfortable Liverpool win here at odds of $1.16.
