The St Louis Rams had a decent 7-8-1 record in the 2012 season, which was respectable for a team in transition under a first year head coach in Jeff Fisher, they are sure to be stronger this season and with first round draft pick Tavon Austin heading the Rookie of the Year odds, plus the acquisition of offensive tackle Jake Long from the Dolphins, they are sure to be strong. The Rams have not had a handicap of -6.0 or lower since 2006. Yes, 7 campaigns have passed since then! History tells us the Rams won't win by 6 points.
The Arizona Cardinals has a mediocre 5-11 record in NFL 2012 however have since replaced their head coach, bringing in former Colts head coach Brice Arians and a shiny new quarter back in the guise of former Raider, Carson Palmer. Palmer has a lot of experience and whilst 2012 wasn;t his greatest season by a long chalk, he has the experience to guide the Cardinals to a better record in 2013.
