The Wests Tigers face a crunch NRL tie with The Titans on Saturday night with the lingering chance of a finals berth still at stake.Although the Titans can't be dragged out of the top four, The Wests Tigers are in nowhere near as comfortable a position and defeat tomorrow would all but extinguish their hopes.
The Titans are already celebrating and time will tell if this affects their performance at Skilled Park tomorrow.
They are at 1.36 for the win while the Wests Tigers are at 3.15 with Canbet.
The Titans have claimed victory in the last two meetings between the two but the Tigers took the spoils in the two clashes before that.
NRL.com predicts mental attitude will be the key, and if the home side is not focused "they will most certainly get rolled".
Over at ABC News and The Sports Desk points out that while the Tigers are currently 10th on the ladder, their last-round defeat to Parramatta was their first loss in seven games.
However, they do have injury problems with Buay Ryan out with a knee problem and New Zealand international Tuiaki on the sidelines.
Tigers utility John Morris told AAP the side still have "something to play for" following the last round defeat and can keep their season alive with a win on Saturday.
