The Wallabies have made only one change to the side which beat England last weekend as they bid to overturn Ireland at Croke Park on Sunday.David Peacock has stepped into the side and is to make his 14th test appearance but only his fifth start as Australia look to build on their win over England at Twickenham last Saturday.
The flanker started the recent match against New Zealand in Tokyo, and appeared as a replacement against England in the 18-9 win.
Rocky Elsom will captain the outsiders for the tie, while Quade Cooper and Digby Ioane will join up in midfield again.
Australia coach Robbie Deans said: "Getting a result against England last weekend was a great confidence booster for the whole squad, but we know that the standard we produced last week won't be good enough against this Irish team.
"There was an uncertainty about England, in terms of the transitional nature of their development as a team, that doesn't pertain to Ireland."
The rugby betting market at Sportsbet has Ireland as the favourites on 1.80, while Australia are on odds of 2.00.
